Part of our Signature Series, this expressive lot from Lancang, Yunnan highlights the softer and more elegant side of modern Chinese specialty coffee. Carefully cultivated at approximately 1520 metres above sea level, selected Catimor cherries undergo a refined enzymatic washed process, enhancing clarity, sweetness, and floral-fruit complexity while preserving a clean and structured cup profile.
In the cup, expect vibrant notes of peach juice, delicate oolong tea aromatics, and mellow malt sugar sweetness. The profile is smooth, juicy, and tea-like, with a refined balance between gentle fruit acidity and lingering sweetness. Its elegant mouthfeel and layered sweetness create a comforting yet highly expressive drinking experience.
Roasted medium-light to preserve its delicate fruit and tea characteristics, this coffee performs beautifully across both filter and espresso brewing methods. As filter, it presents a silky tea-like clarity with elegant peach sweetness; as espresso, the cup becomes richer and syrupy while maintaining its refined floral and fruit-forward character.
