Coffee Beans & Consumable Products

Due to food safety and freshness considerations, all coffee beans, beverages, consumables, and related food products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once sold.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the product and packaging for assessment.

Espresso Machines & Equipment

All espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment are thoroughly inspected and tested before shipment. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the item has been shipped or delivered.

We kindly encourage customers to confirm all specifications, compatibility, voltage requirements, dimensions, and product suitability before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request supporting photos and order details to assist with investigation and resolution.

Resolution options may include:

Warranty does not cover:
