This lot features the celebrated Pacamara varietal, a hybrid known for its large bean size, syrupy body, and distinctive flavour complexity. Graded as SHG+ (Strictly High Grown), the coffee benefits from slower cherry maturation at high elevations, resulting in greater sweetness, clarity, and structure in the cup.
