This lot features the celebrated Red Bourbon varietal processed using the washed method, allowing its floral aromatics, citrus brightness, and delicate berry sweetness to shine with remarkable clarity. The result is a cup that is lively yet refined — bright, clean, and beautifully balanced from start to finish.

In the cup, expect delicate white floral aromatics layered with notes of citrus and berries, supported by vibrant sweetness and crisp acidity. The profile is juicy and refreshing while maintaining excellent structure and transparency in the cup. Roasted light to preserve its floral complexity and lively acidity, this coffee performs exceptionally well through filter brewing methods while also producing a bright and elegant espresso.
