Part of our Exotic Series, this exceptional Yunnan release represents the new wave of experimental specialty coffee processing emerging from China’s highlands. Grown in Lancang, Yunnan at approximately 1480 metres above sea level, carefully selected Catimor cherries undergo a delicate osmanthus co-fermentation process before being refined through a clean washed finish, resulting in a cup that is intensely aromatic, elegant, and remarkably expressive.
The co-fermentation process introduces a refined floral complexity that intertwines seamlessly with Yunnan’s naturally vibrant fruit character. In the cup, expect captivating notes of osmanthus blossom, haw flakes candy, passionfruit, and layered tropical fruit aromatics, supported by a silky sweetness and a clean, refined finish. The enzymatic washed processing preserves clarity and structure while allowing the exotic fragrance to fully shine.
Roasted medium-light to preserve its floral intensity and fruit-forward profile, this coffee performs beautifully across both filter and espresso brewing methods. As filter, it presents a tea-like elegance with bright florals and tropical clarity; as espresso, the cup becomes richer and more syrupy, amplifying its candy-like sweetness and exotic fruit complexity.

作为 ASK Exotic Series 的精选作品之一,这支来自云南澜沧的特殊处理咖啡,展现了中国精品咖啡近年来愈发成熟且极具实验性的处理风格。种植于海拔约 1480 米的高山产区,精选卡蒂姆咖啡樱桃经过细致的桂花共发酵(Co-Ferment)处理后,再以酵素水洗方式完成后段处理,造就出一杯香气层次鲜明、风味独特且极具辨识度的作品。
桂花共发酵赋予咖啡优雅而细腻的花香调性,与云南咖啡本身明亮奔放的水果风味自然交织。杯测中可感受到明显的桂花香、话梅糖甜感、百香果以及热带水果调性,伴随着丝滑甜感与干净细致的尾韵。酵素水洗处理则进一步提升整体风味的清晰度与层次感,让香气表现更加立体而纯净。
采用中浅烘焙以保留其花香与果香表现,无论是手冲或意式浓缩皆拥有极佳表现。手冲时呈现出茶感般的优雅花香与清晰热带水果调性;作为浓缩时,则展现更浓郁的糖感、更加奔放的水果香气与丝滑口感。
