The Quick Mill Rubino Plus is the upgraded version of the Rubino, combining traditional Italian E61 espresso machine engineering with modern workflow features such as PID temperature control, shot timer, OLED display, and dual pressure gauges.

Built in Italy by Quick Mill, the Rubino Plus retains the compact footprint and powerful steaming capability of the original Rubino while introducing more precise temperature management and improved usability. The machine uses a heat exchange boiler system, allowing simultaneous espresso extraction and milk steaming — ideal for flat whites, cappuccinos, and back-to-back drink preparation.

One of the biggest upgrades is the integrated PID system with OLED display, which gives users more stable and adjustable brewing temperatures alongside functions such as shot timing, ECO mode, and standby settings. The updated dual manometer setup also allows monitoring of both boiler and brew pressure during extraction.

PID Temperature Control

The Rubino Plus introduces electronic PID temperature regulation for more stable and adjustable brew temperatures compared to the original Rubino.
