This lot features the celebrated Red Bourbon varietal processed naturally, allowing the fruit to dry slowly around the coffee seed and develop deeper sweetness, layered fruit complexity, and syrupy character. The result is a coffee that is lively yet refined — balancing ripe fruit intensity with remarkable cleanliness and structure.

In the cup, expect notes of dried purple grape and ripe fruits, supported by crisp brightness and clean sweetness throughout the finish. The profile is juicy and vibrant while remaining polished and balanced, offering a refreshing cup with layered fruit depth and elegant acidity.

Roasted medium-light to highlight its fruit clarity and sweetness, this coffee performs exceptionally across both filter and espresso brewing methods.
