Processed naturally under the Ethiopian sun, the cherries dry slowly with the fruit intact, developing enhanced sweetness, intense fruit character, and expressive aromatics while preserving the clean and delicate structure characteristic of high-quality Ethiopian coffees. The result is a cup that is vibrant, juicy, and beautifully floral.

In the cup, expect fragrant jasmine aromatics layered with notes of cherry, strawberry, peach, grapes, and refreshing lemongrass. The profile is lively yet elegant, balancing bright fruit sweetness with delicate floral notes and a clean tea-like finish. Its juicy berry character and citrus-herbal freshness create a cup that feels both expressive and refined.
