Thank you for shopping with ASK Coffee Roastery and Speedy3dcreations. We aim to ensure your orders are packed carefully and delivered as efficiently as possible.

Coffee Beans & Retail Orders

Retail coffee bean orders are freshly roasted every Wednesday and Saturday.

  • Orders placed before Tuesday night will be roasted on Wednesday and dispatched on Thursday.

  • Orders placed before Friday night will be roasted on Saturday and dispatched on Monday.

Delivery for retail coffee orders typically takes approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch, depending on courier operations and delivery location.

If a scheduled roasting or dispatch day falls on a public holiday, roasting and shipping will be moved to the next available roasting cycle.


Coffee Subscription Orders

Subscription coffee orders follow a fixed monthly roasting and dispatch schedule regardless of the subscription sign-up date.

  • Subscription coffees are roasted on the last Saturday of each month.

  • Orders are dispatched on the first working day of the following month.

Delivery for subscription orders typically takes approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

For customers requiring coffee before the next subscription cycle, retail coffee bags may be purchased separately.


Espresso Machines & Equipment Delivery

Espresso machines, grinders, and larger equipment may require separate shipping arrangements due to size, weight, installation requirements, or stock availability.

  • Heavy equipment orders may be delivered separately from coffee orders.

  • Same-day or expedited delivery may be available for selected equipment orders placed before 12:00 PM, subject to scheduling availability.

  • Certain equipment deliveries may require additional lead time for preparation, testing, or installation coordination.

Customers will be contacted directly if special delivery arrangements are required.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on product category, order weight, and delivery location.

Free shipping promotions, if applicable, apply only to eligible products and order values stated during promotional periods.

Certain large equipment or commercial machines may incur separate delivery charges regardless of free shipping eligibility due to logistics and handling requirements.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Customs or import-related processing for selected equipment

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses and contact details provided are accurate and complete.

Additional redelivery charges may apply for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed parcels

  • Requests for address changes after dispatch

Tracking information will be provided where applicable once orders have been dispatched.
