Thank you for purchasing from ASK Coffee Roastery and Speedy3dcreations. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Coffee Beans & Consumable Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans and consumable products, all sales are final once orders have been roasted, packed, shipped, delivered, or collected.

To maintain product freshness and quality assurance standards, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges thereafter. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before completing their purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is significantly damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of the product and packaging, and we will do our best to assist accordingly.

Espresso Machines, Grinders & Equipment

All espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment sales are final once orders have been shipped, delivered, or collected.

Due to the preparation, testing, logistics, and handling involved for espresso equipment, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by customer

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • Improper use, misuse, or lack of maintenance

  • Compatibility issues with third-party accessories or equipment

Customers are strongly encouraged to confirm product suitability, specifications, dimensions, voltage requirements, and intended usage before purchase.

Damaged or Defective Equipment

If equipment arrives damaged or defective upon delivery, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

To assist with assessment and support, customers may be required to provide:

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Packaging condition

  • Serial number information

  • Proof of purchase

We reserve the right to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace parts, or refer warranty claims to the relevant manufacturer or distributor where applicable.

Warranty & Servicing

Selected equipment may include manufacturer or distributor warranty coverage where applicable.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • User damage

  • Improper voltage usage

  • Water-related scaling damage

  • Lack of cleaning or maintenance

  • Commercial usage on equipment intended for home use

  • Normal wear and tear consumable parts

Warranty terms and coverage duration may differ depending on the manufacturer or product category.

Order Cancellation

Orders for coffee beans, subscription coffees, custom-roasted coffees, pre-order items, or special-order equipment may not be cancelled once roasting, processing, shipment preparation, or dispatch has begun.

Shipping & Courier Issues

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays, parcel handling issues, or damages caused by third-party courier services after dispatch. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related matters where reasonably possible.
