What you are getting is a 225 grams packed Italian roasted coffee whole beans.
The coffee beans are roasted and packed in Italy. We are the sole representative (importer and seller) for Caffe Martella of Rome in Singapore.
This blend of coffee takes the finest of the coffee beans without any breaking or morphological defect. The beans are roasted at not excessively high temperature to avoid burning and to protect their delicate nature. Our beans are able to produce aromatic, thick and creamy crema as as good as any beans you can find in Singapore.
Of course to get the creamy crema, fresh beans is one of the most important factors. Other factors such as grind size and your espresso machine setting matters as well.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If your coffee beans arrive and don’t fit your order we will replace them within one week of purchase date.
The freshness of coffee changes quickly with time. It is imperative that it is consumed in a timely manner. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered please email us and return your items to us. Please return them in their original condition.
For merchandise other than coffee beans, we allow a 14 day return/exchange time. Items must be in original condition. If the order doesn’t fit your needs please email us and ship the item back to us at:

Please include your order number (if known) and your full name, with instructions for exchange or refund. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s). For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and shoot us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition in 30 days. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of purchase for equipment/swag or 7 days for coffee beans. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, request that you choose another item from our store with the same value or less.
